1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

All booking inquiries are subject to availability. Confirmation of a lesson will be sent via email. Payment details will be agreed upon during confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson may be subject to a fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Snowboarding is a sport with inherent risks. By participating in lessons, clients are aware of and accept all risks of injury or equipment damage. Our goal is to teach you to ride safely and to minimize risks, but they always exist, and the instructor cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during or after the lesson.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
